These terms govern your use of the Carbon Fiber Repair booking platform, dealer portal, and repair services. By booking a repair or logging into the dealer portal, you agree to these terms.
Services
- Carbon Fiber Repair offers badminton racket repair services including Repair with Steel Piece, Air Crack with Carbon Binding, Carbon Fiber Repair, and Wooden Handle Change.
- Pricing is listed per racket and is subject to change. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.
- Dealer rates differ from retail rates and are visible only to verified dealer accounts.
Bookings & Payment
- Online bookings require a valid name, mobile number, and address.
- Payment may be made via UPI or advance payment. Payment status is shown in your booking record.
- Doorstep pickup and delivery are optional and may incur a courier cost shown at the time of booking.
Repair Process
- Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and may vary based on the extent of damage and courier schedules.
- We will inform you of any significant delays affecting your repair.
- Repaired rackets must be collected or accepted within a reasonable period after notification of completion.
Dealer Portal
- Dealer accounts are granted at CFR's discretion and may be revoked for misuse.
- Dealers are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
- Job sheet submissions must accurately reflect the rackets handed over for repair.
Limitation of Liability
- CFR is not liable for damage beyond the scope of the agreed repair or for pre-existing conditions not disclosed at booking.
- Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that repair.
